Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for shopping with Physio Max your trusted physiotherapy and rehabilitation partner in Lahore, Pakistan.

This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we process and deliver your orders for physiotherapy equipment, accessories, braces, exercise tools, and other products.

1. Processing Time
 All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
 Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
 During peak periods or sales, processing may take up to 3 business days.

 2. Shipping & Delivery Charges
Standard Shipping (Nationwide in Pakistan):  
  Free delivery on orders above PKR 5,000  
  Flat shipping fee of PKR 250–400 applies on orders below PKR 5,000 (exact amount shown at checkout).
Shipping charges are calculated based on weight, volume, and delivery location.
We currently do not offer international shipping.

3. Delivery Timeframes
-Lahore City: 1–3 business days

- Major Cities (Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, etc.): 3–5 business days
- Other Cities & Rural Areas 5–7 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances with our courier partners (e.g., TCS, Leopard Courier, or Pakistan Post).

 4. Shipping Method
We partner with reliable local courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery of your physiotherapy products.

 5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and/or email. You can track your order using the courier’s website or by contacting our support team.

6. Shipping Address
- Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address including:
  - Full name
  - Phone number (preferably the one registered with 03394342729 for contact)
  - Detailed address with landmarks (if needed)
- We deliver only to residential or office addresses. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or public locations.
- If you enter an incorrect address, you may be responsible for additional shipping charges or redelivery fees.

7. Order Issues & Delays
- If your order is delayed beyond the estimated time, please contact us immediately at 03394342729 or info@physiomax.com.
 In case of lost or damaged packages during transit, we will work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue (replacement or refund may be offered where applicable).

8. Important Notes
 All products are carefully packed to prevent damage during transit.
 Physio Max is not responsible for delays caused by customs (if any), natural disasters, or courier service issues beyond our control.
 For bulky or heavy items (e.g., exercise machines), delivery time and charges may vary – these will be communicated at checkout.
